The shocking and thrilling adventures!
Who| Everyone
What| The Capitols oh so exclusive interviews~!
Where| Primarily the common areas, but the interviews would be on every TV everywhere.
When| This evening, at 6 pm sharp
Notes| Use this post to ICly react to the interviews (if you don't make plans of your own!)
The advertisements hit hard today. Tune in at 6 o'clock, you won't want to miss this special! Everywhere a person could look, it was there, and the city was clearly excited for whatever this mystery event was.
As if that wasn't enough, escorts were encouraging Tributes to be in the commons, and a small feast of finger foods was laid out along one wall, extra avoxes available for drinks.
And, as promised, at 6 pm sharp, all the TVs flickered to the ever flashy Caesar, on an equally flashy tabloid-tastick reality style "interview" of the tributes. All the TVs in the common area light up with it, as well as the Districts suites, even if the TV had been off before.
Hope you all enjoy your dose of fame!

"This is like some fucked up propaganda shit."

Asha still hasn't figured out this technology thing-- she knows that people can watch her, and apparently it can be saved, as she remembers the room from the interview, but it was... assembled creatively, apparently. Hers was presented entirely in context, so while she's sure some of the others were presented differently...

He knows that people are going to take it the wrong way, he can see well enough that things were twisted, but he doesn't give a fuck.
"Oh I didn't mean to imply that I would kill my friends if I needed to," he says in a mocking tone before changing back to his regular voice, "grow the fuck up, it's kill or be killed no matter where you are."
no subject
"At least someone understands it," she muttered over the rim of her glass. "Though winning will still leave you stuck here, so maybe it doesn't matter either way."

He was fucked for like, he always said that and always believed that. The only difference now is that he's not in Chicago, the two people who give a fuck about him probably don't even notice he's gone, and if they do they probably think he skipped town or something.
It was easier not to think about them though, instead he traced over the "F" tattooed on his knuckle. The full thing read "FUCK U-UP" and perhaps that's all you really need to know about Mickey.
"You give a shit about what they said?"

"Easy there, no sense in smashing someone's head in when no one's watching," she says, corner of her mouth turning up in a smile. Though, from what she's heard so far, they might be listening anyway-- not she knows how it works, anyway.
"About who? I'll admit I've my eye on the little monsters who eat flesh, but..."
no subject
"Course there is, it's fun," he smirks at her. Mickey lives for the adrenaline of a good fight.
"Flesh eating monsters," he rolls his eyes, "yeah fucking right. Tension is definitely higher now, should make for a better fight."
no subject
"Who knows what they're capable of?" she drawls lazily, not sure if it's true and not caring enough to find out. "We could all be in danger, if they didn't look like to be knocked over with a leaf."
But she's itching for a fight, too-- at least the fights made sense, unlike this world.

"Eh, I could take 'em"
Asha is definitely his type of person, nothing makes more sense than a good old fashioned fight.

Dude, Mickey barely goes to school and he knows what that means. Hell, he should have graduated high school by now but he's failed every class since he's entered and he knows what that means.
Not that he really knows how to explain it.
"It's when people twist your words for their own reasons or some shit."

no subject
Why is he even explaining this? Who gives a fuck, he certainly doesn't.
"Done asking stupid questions?"

"Jesus You ever see me here before? And don't be giving me shit about how there are a lot of people here. Don't."

"No way, propaganda stuff is never this funny," She grinned, taking a sip from her champagne glass. At least they never ran out of the good stuff.
no subject
"You kiddin? It's always funny. People freak the fuck out."
no subject
Cindy smirked. "They do have sedatives in this place, right? Should probably be hauling people out by men in white coats."

Everyone here seems so mild and god is it getting boring.
