WHO| Everyone
WHAT| Backstage for a round of interviews with the one and only Caesar Flickerman
WHEN| The closing ceremonies of Arena 02.
WHERE| A stage set up in one of the ballrooms of the Training Center
WARNINGS/NOTES| Find a setting in the threads below to tag into! A post will be made later for the actual interviews themselves.
It was clear the Capitol was nervous.
After the accidental trigger of the pod last celebration, this round the Capitol was "treating" the audience to one on one interviews with all the Tributes. A treat meant to keep everyone tucked at home for viewing parties.
The south wing of the Training Center had been made into a high security studio, light flooding one of the large ballrooms, while the tributes themselves were shuffled into dressing rooms and primped by their stylists, prepared to go on stage by their mentors, and generally left to wait their turn.

Dressing room for Districts 1-4
A door in the back lead to an area with a handful of shower stalls. There is little to give room for modesty, and the rooms are co-ed.
Everywhere ones looks is mirrored, or contains a TV to show the stage where the interviews are happening.

Garrus sighs, sitting down on the first couch he can find. It doesn't surprise him that he's not alone. This place sure is full of humans.
"Hey," Garrus signals him over with a nod. That's as good as anywhere to start, right?

"How have I come to be here?"
Her last memory was of the world shifting into hell, though apparently it had shifted much farther for her, and her alone. Perhaps it was a version of hell, for this world was, as yet, far less interesting than the old one. She had arrived feeling a need for violence, but the fragile creatures here were beneath her notice. Crushing them would have brought her no satisfaction. She had been bordering on boredom when they had ushered her here, mentioning 'games' and 'tributes' and 'interviews', none of which were familiar concepts for her.

District 3
She really wasn't sure how they were planning on making her wear something that wasn't her suit, but the thought terrified her. What if they just pulled it off of her and didn't give her a chance to explain? Would she just come back again?
She pushes those thoughts away and awaited her instructions. It was starting to dawn on her that all she could do now was play along.

District 3: Outfitting Here!
Still, she was rather happy with the result, not everyone could whip up four custom suits of armor on such a limited time frame. And they would look even more marvelous once actually worn by the Tributes and turned on. Oh yes, she couldn't wait for the part where she could turn them on, and she scanned the room excitedly, searching out her boys.
First vict-- ah, I meant tribute here...

She wasn't changing in front of men. It wasn't done. It wasn't lady like.
Generally her stylist found her a delight. But not tonight. Because if they didn't fix this, she was going out in her robe. Or not at all.

District 7 In the House!
Now she had to dress with the boy? No. Not happening. Momoko quite agreed with the fuss Lottie was making across the room, but as her distaste for the idea was more focused on particular boy and not the male gender in general, rather than throwing a fit Momoko was simply dressing as quickly as possible (which was very quick).
As usual her lackluster Stylist had simply recreated some version of the Lolita style that Momoko described, but that was fine. If nothing else, Momoko knew how to work the Lolita look.

Their stylist has, at least with him, taken the clean and simple route. And he appreciates it greatly. But he is scared to see what they will produce for his tributes.
Find a place to stay out of the way against the wall, Elias just watches.

District 12
The ice in his glass shift and he looked to it. An avox kept refilling it every now and then. He vaguely wondered if it had anything to do with the questions he was asked by that woman...but he was unfortunately past the point of caring.
Capitol affairs were always the worst. And always the best excuse for getting as drunk as possible to ignore the idiots.
Tony could talk his way out of an army of Peacekeepers while being guilty of a crime. The other tribute? He hadn't really found anything incredibly special about her. They'd be fine. It wasn't like there was any real pressure on them; neither of them had won.
District 11
She was choosing to act like she'd done nothing wrong - or at least was unaware that she'd done anything wrong. Her arm was still sore from the needle prick, though.
The stylists were far too busy and she seemed at the end of their list of priorities, so she was wandering around in a knee-length robe that she hadn't bothered to tie tightly, the black lace of her bra exposed. She was changing her make-up in front of the low mirror, making it a little more to her tastes.
Right now, she really wanted a drink. A strong one. Absinthe or maybe bourbon. She needed to drown her devils. But she did not want to make the wrong impression tonight and give the government any more reasons to scrutinize her.
"Can I get a cigarette!?" she yelled to the room at large. That, at least, she could have to calm her nerves without losing her inhibitions.

"I know not what you seek of me--" He begins, his voice raising slightly, and while he may not have all of himself together, Loki still was an imposing figure. "--But kidnapping a Prince of Asgard is most unwise."

Greenroom
Screens populate the room so they can watch the other tributes in their interviews.

This is exciting. This is, on some level, a sign of success. Maybe a watered down one, but the goal is to have an interview with Caeser after. This is some how hollow compared to last year, but still, she is all smiles.
"Don't run!"
All right, so mostly smiles, and still a good chunk use to dealing with children.
YOU READY FOR THIS EFFIE?! THE DYNAMIC DUO IS COMING FOR YOU. (ki is tagging this next. prepare.)

Re: Greenroom
Standing out of the way, his back to the wall, he longed for a drink. But as tempting as it was to snag one of the little colored glasses the mute ones were toting back and forth, he resisted.
Eventually he'd be the one on the screens and he wouldn't risk dulling his wits.
Re: Greenroom
In the end, though, he'd figured out his own way of looking like SOME work was put into his look. He managed to sneak back into the dressing room and cop a dark green suit from one of the other districts' stylists when they weren't looking, along with a surprisingly appropriate tie. Add a gray fedora close enough to the suits' color to pass muster and...well, hopefully no one looked too closely.
Still, it wasn't just his stylists' lack of help that was on his mind. He was thinking about how not to betray the fact that he despised the Games and all that they stood for, regardless of the threats given to him by the authorities about how important it was that he play in them. It was just like the Triceratons - only in that case he had his brothers backing him up, and him backing them up.
But, in any case. He also had a crowd to entertain, so he had to think about how he was going to do that without slipping up. So anyone who finds him will certainly find him deep in thought.

Re: Greenroom
Though she had a smile pasted on her face the whole time, she has not enjoyed all the fussing over her. And this outfit...seriously, she doesn't understand how catsuits became the chic ideal for what cat burglars do - there aren't any belts or pockets to put equipment in! So aggravating.
She looks longingly at the food, but feels like if she eats anything she'll just bloat and then look like a trussed ham on camera. She's kinda vain enough to care.
With a sigh, Max drags her fingers through her over-product-ed (is that a word? it is now) hair, and takes a look at her fellow Tributes somewhat cautiously. Some of them probably hate her. But Max doesn't care.
Well, she cares about a few of them.
Backstage
And that doesn't even touch on the tech crew working back there, making sure everything goes of flawlessly.
It's dark, crowded, messy, and easy to get mixed up back there.
