WHO| Everyone
WHAT| Backstage for a round of interviews with the one and only Caesar Flickerman
WHEN| The closing ceremonies of Arena 02.
WHERE| A stage set up in one of the ballrooms of the Training Center
WARNINGS/NOTES| Find a setting in the threads below to tag into! A post will be made later for the actual interviews themselves.

It was clear the Capitol was nervous.

After the accidental trigger of the pod last celebration, this round the Capitol was "treating" the audience to one on one interviews with all the Tributes. A treat meant to keep everyone tucked at home for viewing parties.

The south wing of the Training Center had been made into a high security studio, light flooding one of the large ballrooms, while the tributes themselves were shuffled into dressing rooms and primped by their stylists, prepared to go on stage by their mentors, and generally left to wait their turn.

"Princess, I think that's the first compliment you've ever given me," Haymitch grinned, looking over to Tony, "At least you're entertaining. Can't say that much about any of the others."

Haymitch took another long drink from the contents of his glass before an Avox rushed over to fill his glass. Drunk was the only way he wanted to be for this set of interviews. The sooner he was gone, the sooner the night would be over.

"Oh, trust me, I have..." She laughed softly. "Gotten quite use to working with difficult people."

She looked up at Haymitch. A look that said that yes, you are exactly who I am talking about.

There is a problem in that his martini glass has dried up, but it's nothing but a hand wave and a smile until he has a fresh one, and as soon as he has it, Tony grins and settles himself into the couch a bit more comfortably. Quite frankly, there are a million other things that Tony would rather be doing, but on the scale of things he hated doing this wasn't all that bad. Mildly amusing, actually. Though he did feel for Haymitch. He'd been on the receiving end of that look many times before.

He gave a nod to Effie, glancing at Tony and smirking, "She just doesn't know how to have fun."

Haymitch laughed before seating himself next to Tony, "So tell Eff and I exactly what you do where you're from?"
