WHO| Any Victors, and every tribute as they are removed from the arena.
WHAT| The Capitol would like to pick your brain.
WHEN| Each person is approached separately, so you can specify when and where they came from.
WHERE| A government office building
WARNING/NOTES| This is mandatory IC. If for some reason OOC you cannot tag in (hiatus, etc) talk to a mod and we can handwave thing.

Much like the Victors who were currently missing, each victor or tribute was approached by a pair in sleek, all black suits, with friendly smiles, who none the less were quite firm in leading their targets away.

It was, from there, a short trip to a very nondescript looking Capitol building, in cars so heavily tinted it would be hard even for those familiar with the city to know where they ended up. From there they are lead to an elevator, which goes down, deep, and out into a white hall way. The first door slid open to a room, as blank as everything else, where a small, slightly pudgy woman with blood red a-line hair gave a wide smile.

"Please, have a seat!"

Kaidan keeps his lips sealed tight yet again, staring at the woman with little sympathy, with anger and spite-- but not hate, not yet. His knuckles are bone white where they're bunched around his biceps.

"Sure." Kaidan replies, gaze still steeled in resolve. He gives nothing more away, and continues to stand.

Kaidan shifts his weight after a second, taking the seat. He doesn't answer the question, doesn't let his stance fall from the military ridgedness trained into him. He's treating this meeting as if meeting a hostile-- one he will kill if the need arises. There's no answer yet again, and Kaidan doesn't drop his arms from across his chest.

"I don't know what you want me to say here. My stay here in the Capitol has lead to me dying twice in a makeshift Krogan fightring. I'm not exactly teaming with excitement to be here."

"It's just a different kind of hostility. Everyone here is still likely to stab you in the back."

"Does it matter?" Kaidan knows, he's 'district 1' but it means nothing to him, nothing at all. "They aren't the ones in the arena."

Kaidan clicks his jaw shut once again to stop himself from saying anything he'll regret later. He has a hell of a temper on him and it's something he's learnt to back down on-- he's practising it right now, right here, and says nothing.

No, he hasn't heard about the Treaty, but that for no reason makes him open his mouth to speak, to level out his glare into something softer. He's still quiet. His curiosity perked, yes, but not enough to distract him.

Instead of reading it, Kaidan simply tucks into his pocket so he can view it later. He's in no state to read it-- all of his emotions would show on his face right now, and he will not give that advantage over to her. When he can regain his control, he'll brush over it, but that is not right now.

"This isn't peace, this is murder. Everyone here who accepts that is a sociopath." Kaidan tightens as well. His stance on this isn't changing, and no matter what she says, it won't stop.

"And so your answer is to kill children, to have them fight in an arena against each other just for a chance to see their families again? This is no solution, and everyone here who thinks the Arena is a good idea is insane."
