WHO| Any Victors, and every tribute as they are removed from the arena.
WHAT| The Capitol would like to pick your brain.
WHEN| Each person is approached separately, so you can specify when and where they came from.
WHERE| A government office building
WARNING/NOTES| This is mandatory IC. If for some reason OOC you cannot tag in (hiatus, etc) talk to a mod and we can handwave thing.

Much like the Victors who were currently missing, each victor or tribute was approached by a pair in sleek, all black suits, with friendly smiles, who none the less were quite firm in leading their targets away.

It was, from there, a short trip to a very nondescript looking Capitol building, in cars so heavily tinted it would be hard even for those familiar with the city to know where they ended up. From there they are lead to an elevator, which goes down, deep, and out into a white hall way. The first door slid open to a room, as blank as everything else, where a small, slightly pudgy woman with blood red a-line hair gave a wide smile.

"Please, have a seat!"

It was surprisingly easy to get Don to cooperate; not that he actually realized what was happening until he was down that hallway. He was so disoriented. First he'd died. He'd been laying on the ground, blood on him, that punk and his friend running after he injured them with the last of his strength. And then he was...where?

"Um..." He slowly sits down, not sure what to even do or say. He's still not sure whether he's dead, alive, or neither. "Hi?"

Wyatt filed in, sandwiched between his guards.

Lord knew the urge was there, but with his chat with Elias still rolling around in his head, he managed to keep his fists at his sides and did as he was told, taking the seat silently.

Jaw tight, he met the woman's gaze flatly and waited.

Finnick flashes the woman with the red hair a charming smile as he makes his way into the room. "Why thank you." he address her personally, making eye contact before looking at the chair that was clearly placed for only him. He had come from the green room, approached by these men in suits assuming that someone was requesting his "time" and so he didn't argue. Of course the strange location did throw him a hint that this wasn't a normal "customer."

Upon seeing the woman and the setup he knew this was something unique, but remained calm and acted as if he was flattered to be brought there. Finnick's attractive sex object front never wavering,

"So what can I do for you?"

He glanced down at her hands, at the stack of papers she'd produced, then back up.

A muscle ticked in his jaw. "Why don't we just - get along with whatever it is ya brought me here for."

"...Water. Water is...is fine." Don looked around, confusedly. "Miss, I...can I ask...where I am?"

"A small talk?" He raised his eyebrows as he sat down, crossing his legs and leaning back to be comfortable. "Oh no, I'm fine thank you. I just came here to talk it would seem." He continued to keep his smile on his lips as he waited for this surprise conversation to begin.

Elias followed, silently. He knew this drill, and digging in his heels wouldn't get him anywhere.

Still, his sprawl in the seat, the set of his grin...he couldn't help a little bit of rebellion. They were in the middle of the games, and being toted around for this kind of thing?

Then again, they might not ever not be in the middle of the games again.

He resisted the urge to look back over his shoulder;...and the one that told him to tell her exactly what he thought.

Biting the inside of his cheek he replied, "It's been - quite an adjustment."

"Just as well as I always do." he smiles kindly to her question. "A much longer stay than usual though, but it's always felt like home here." He couldn't be honest and say he was all but miserable watching someone like Annie have to be there more than a minute, let alone this extended stay.

"I love it here."

It's hard to breathe, and she trembles, sitting as she's been asked. The smiles are lost on her. All she knows is that they are strangers who have lead her away, and she can't help but panic. Why do they want her? What do they want? Are they angry with her? Has something bad happened?

She rocks slightly, a motion that comforts her; reminds her of the waves of home, and she just blinks at the woman and tries not to cry.

Haymitch sits down, not giving a smile back. It was too god damned early for shit like this, even if it wasn't necessarily morning anymore. It was always too god damned early for anything involving the Capitol at any point in the day.

His arms cross and he leans back in the seat, and looks at her, his expression reading 'hung over as fuck', "Yes?"

"It was here," he told her, eyes hard and staring - watching. "Or, at least it used to be. District-" what had Elias called it? "-District 10. Before it was such a thing, back when it was just part of the United States."

Kansas, he knew, thanks to Elias, how many others he had yet to work out. (A part of him didn't want to, somehow, it just made him feel worse.)

So, no answer about where he is. Never a good sign. Well, he was just going to have to roll with the punches, wasn't he?

"It's...ok?" Don rubbed the back of his head sheepishly. "I mean, the people treat me all right. The accommodations are nice and the food pretty nutritious. I can't really say its been really bad in any way..."

...And he had that gut feeling that saying otherwise would be a bad idea.
