What: Being interviewed for Captiol Citizenship
Where: Lounge of the Tribute tower

Warnings: None as of yet.

For each interview, Glinda made sure that there was tea and snacks fine enough for an afternoon tea each time, thanking the avoxes profusely for their assistance. Upon the recieving the note telling her to contact the other Tributes (And a Captiolian?) she made appointments with each on separate days and made sure to clear her social diary as much as humanly possible. This was by far more important to her.

When they arrived she would rise to meet them with a smile. "Thank you so very much for coming."

"Mister Anderson. I have heard quite a few things of you also." She told him with a bright smile, gesturing for him to take a seat. "Might I offer you a drink?"

Blaine nodded and ended up with a refreshment before settling in for the task at hand.

"What exactly am I doing here?" he asked her in a friendly but confused voice. He had a vague idea, but he wasn't sure about the details.

"From what I understand this is about my application to leave the games." She informed him, taking a sip from her tea before opting to put several sugar cubes in it. "I think that they wished for you to ask about my intentions upon leaving."

Blaine filed away the information that people could apply to leave the Games and then nodded. "Okay," he said. "You'd be a citizen then, wouldn't you? What do you think you'd want to do once you were a member of the Capitol?"

[itwasrhetorical]

"Yes, I would be." Glinda bobbed her head in confirmation. "I would wish to continue my work as a politician, or failing that I should like to work with the tributes with in the games with the aim of assisting them outside the arenas to mentally prepare themselves and deal with their own deaths." As it was, it didn't feel there was a great deal of support.

"Oh," Blaine said thoughtfully. "We don't really have anything like that. Our escorts prepare us for what happens outside of the Arena, but they don't really get what happens inside of it. And our mentors have to keep us alive, so they don't deal with the psychology as much. How do you think you could do that?"
