WHO| EVERYONE!
WHAT| A party. A big one. 1 is cheering Max on and going all out.
WHEN| The day before the end of the Games.
WHERE| All the open banquet rooms in the Training center.
NOTE| Party post tag in.
The acid rain theme was still going strong.
In the main banquet hall a light rain feel over the whole room. Tents and awning were set up all over, and each guest was given a clear umbrella, the handle and ribs lighting up a rainbow of colors.
Light caught the rain, turning it colors as it fell, and huge ice sculptures dotted the rooms, "dissolving" as the way ran over them. District 1 had decided, at least, to aim for abstract sculptures, feeling replicas of the tributes might go a bit too far.
The food was, as always, extravagant and over the top. Blues and greens, fruits, juices, and succulent seafood's.
And, as always, everyone who was anyone was there.

"Motion pictures. Stories, on screens, like these," he gestures to the screens around them still airing the Games. He catches a glimpse of Max again, and smiles slightly despite himself. "Without all the actual dying."

He may not have seen as many of Dora's performances as he'd have liked, but he had managed to take in a few.

Or most of them, at any rate. Somehow he figured that red-headed woman would some much more noble, if just as wrong, name for it.
He sighed, motioning to the barkeep with a quick gesture of his hand. "Somehow I 'spect even if was something you wanted to see they wouldn't let ya. Too much 'trainin' to do, er too many 'events to attend.'"

He's pretty certain about that, even though he's not yet taken the time to look into it. Not sure he wants to, and he's pretty sure that's saying something. A lot.

"I think I'll stick to cards, myself."

He nodded at Tony. "You?"
There may have been a small thread of hope buried in there. What he wouldn't give for good ol' fashioned game of cards.

If that didn't sound a hell of a lot better than this stupid ass acid rain themed party, he didn't know what did.

"Do I sense an invitation buried in there somewhere?"
Surely it wouldn't be that hard to find out where the Capitol kept their cards (or to rustle up a deck themselves if they had too) and make tracks out of this godforsaken place.
