Who| Prim & OPEN (Especially trolls)
What| Exploring the city, filling in free time, forever staring at shops and things.
Where| District 12 Quarters, common area, or out in the Capitol. (She's not a tribute, so she's not actually allowed in the gym. :( )
When| Any time during the week~
Warnings| Potentially foul language? UNHANDABLE AMOUNTS OF CUTENESS?
It took a lot to fill a day, devoid of school or work. Sometimes she followed Katniss or visited with Cinna. The rest of the time, when she didn't have a book to read or a ball to bounce against the wall, she went out to the city.
They had a lot of things out there, making her head whip about. She couldn't buy any of it, without relying on her credit card, but she could stare into the windows and mouth her awe. The books in their display cases, the clothes - so many types of shoes and dresses: she couldn't imagine people going through so many outfits, back home. None of the shoes even looked practical.
She had some thoughts about searching out herbal shops, or pressing people for information on the capitol's medication... Somehow, the cake shops and toy stores always drew just as much attention, though. The sweet smells and bright lights... All the things she never could have imagined back home.
Most recently was the tickle-me trolls. Staring at the familiar faces of the tributes, and remembering what it was she had heard from them. How could they be child friendly?

"You don't get it, you nick the shit toy and then pawn it at some other shop for a few bucks and then you can eat for a few days."

"Why don't just steal food?" she questioned, choosing to focus on the more present issue. At home, everyone starved, but here there was plenty of food for everyone it seemed.
"There's lots of food in the tribute center, too."

"You can 'til shops ban you," he shrugs. It's just easier to pawn shit and pay for food. Not that Mickey is used to paying for his food anyway. He used to just walk in, take a bunch of shit, wave at the owner and leave. Before they shot him.
"Lot of food now don't mean a lot of food later."
Yeah, he's just a bit disconnected with this place.

"And if you get banned now, I don't think you'll have any other options later." That was logical, right? She got that he wouldn't believe her other arguments, but maybe if she said it right...?

"Exactly, you're fucked if you can't get food," he shrugs, "not that it matters, most of us are fucked anyway."
no subject
"So you should wait until you don't have a choice," she encouraged. "That way you won't be banned if you have to steal things later."
no subject
He half smirks at her, "that's sayin I ever have a choice, kid, it don't always work like that."

"They're still giving you food, aren't they?"

"It wouldn't make for a good show."
