Guess who's back!
Who| De and/or Effie and/or Lottie and/or Katniss and/or other NPCS AND YOU.
What| Them around the city, doing things, meeting people.
Where| Mainly the Training Center, but any setting is good!
When| Around this week.
Warnings/Notes|
I made a thread with a tag for each character, so just tag in there! if you'd like any of my other NPCs besides Katniss, just PM or private plurk me so we can hash it out real quick.
Let me know if I can add anything, and I am down for minor assumptions/handwaving some things!

Sometime after she's feeling a little better
"Oh goodness! It's Katniss and Peeta, out together in public and talking to anyone who comes by!" He called out loudly from behind a tree, hoping to distract them long enough for his fellow tribute to escape.

Luckily for her Capitol people were a fickle lot, and someone had the know how to use that. Quick as a whip, she was suddenly deserted by her unwanted entourage.
Soothing her ruffled feathers, she looked around for her rescuer. "Why thank you, kind stranger!"
no subject
"You are most welcome, m'lady. I would not let one so lovely be flocked by those... fools."
He took a few strides forward so she could see him more clearly when he bowed to her. "Cuthbert Allgood, may it please you."
no subject
She dipped into a curtsy, giving him a wide smile and a nod of her head. He was good looking and had rescued a damsel in distress. And seemed to have the manners for the roll to. All points in Lottie's book.
"Miss Charlotte LaBouff. But any knight in shining armor like yourself is more then welcome to call me Lottie."
no subject
"Then I must insist you call me Bert, all those who know me do. 'Tis a fair bit easier to yell at me when I run off at the mouth than 'Cuthbert'. And I respond to it just as easily.
Now where were you headed when you were overtaken? I have no other plans for the day and I'm certain I could keep you safe from further attacks should you need the escort."
no subject
Her escort had nearly shoved her out the door, although she wasn't sure if it was all the Tributes, or just her team that the place had been dropping money on.
"So where do you hail from, sir?"
no subject
"I come from Gilead, a city no one here has heard of but me. Though I cannot blame them, it seems we have people from all levels of the tower, if you believe the old stories.
You would fit in well there, a lovely woman with manners is always welcome in In World."
no subject
Few people here seem to know much about religion, although it wasn't something Lottie had gone snooping about for. Really, given most things in the Capitol, it wasn't something she wanted to know their thoughts on.
She took his hand, smiling up at him. A good looking and charming boy was always a good things to have on ones arm. Especially such a brave one.
no subject
"I don't know if we're speaking of the same place, but it warms my heart all the same. Where do you hail from, Lottie?"
He felt a little silly walking arm and arm with a woman when he had no idea where he was going. But then, he didn't care so much about where he ended up so it would all work out. Most of Bert's attention as they walked was on Lottie and their conversation.
no subject
"I, uh...I hail from New Orleans, myself. I would imagine it's not a place you know. Though maybe we'll both luck out?"
Still, assuming his Gilead was the one she knew it was unlikely. And if it wasn't the one she knew...it was more unlikely.
no subject
He would rather not end the conversation on a low note. One does not take a lovely lady for a walk and then dash all her expectations.
"But I would happily hear of this New Orleans. I am certain it is a less wonderful place now for a lack of thee, Miss Lottie."
no subject
"I hope they aren't missing me too badly." Well, not entirely true. She didn't know what she'd do if she got home and no one had missed her. "But it is a lovely city by the sea. It is one of the most beautiful places in the world, we have big beautiful houses, steam boats, and the most lively, wonderful Mardi Gras you will ever see!"
She paused, checking her little device to be sure she wasn't lost.
"We're almost there."
no subject
He wasn't paying as much attention to where they were going, but he trusted that she was taking them in the right direction. At least he trusted that people from the Capitol wouldn't hesitate to tell them when they had overstepped their bounds.
