Guess who's back!
Who| De and/or Effie and/or Lottie and/or Katniss and/or other NPCS AND YOU.
What| Them around the city, doing things, meeting people.
Where| Mainly the Training Center, but any setting is good!
When| Around this week.
Warnings/Notes|
I made a thread with a tag for each character, so just tag in there! if you'd like any of my other NPCs besides Katniss, just PM or private plurk me so we can hash it out real quick.
Let me know if I can add anything, and I am down for minor assumptions/handwaving some things!

"I think we're a touch late this year, but it would be nice wouldn't it." She gave the other a big grin. "Who's Mister J?"
no subject
"He ain't here now, but he'd love this place."
no subject
Well, she supposed, everyone couldn't be perfect.
Then the last part caught up with her.
"Honey, what kinda man would love a place like this?"
no subject
"Oh, he's a homicidal maniac. Totally nuts in all the best worst ways. He'd have such a gas around here." There was another mournful sigh as she turned back around to face the statue without turning herself rightside up.
"It's true what they say about the badboys you know...I'm not sure who they are but most the stuff they say is usually right."
no subject
She had seen her friends get mixed up with their share of 'bad boys' and those sorta romances...well, they never ended well.
Least not when the boys were truly bad.

"Tell me about it. But what can I do? I see him and my heart skips a beat. My funny bone tingles. The only thing that ever kept me away was my gal pals back home..." She paused and added "Well, and being here of course."
Looking longingly to her sculpture which was starting to drip and droop she sighed again.
"Even knowing how bad he is for me I'd give almost anything to have him here."
no subject
Because this guy sounded like bad news.
"But is he good for you?"
no subject
She chuckled and leaned into the table hands to her cheeks. "But you just haven't lived till you've been thrown across a room and pinned to the floor by a man with madness in his eyes. No filters, just pure unbridled passion!" She giggled and slumped to the table.
"Then everything gets hazy because of the lack of oxygen."
no subject
The lack of filter between her brain and her mouth caused a look of surprise to cross Lottie's face. But she really didn't know how else to respond.
"Oh honey. You can do so much better."

She hadn't even meet this guy, and she was thoroughly against him.

She huffed a little. It was a strange frustration, the lack of ability to die.
Sexy, hmm? She blushed a touch at that. "It still doesn't seem worth it to help it along."
no subject
"Most of the best people in my life have tried to help me see that. And it still hasn't helped. But for trying anyway? You can be my new friend." She declared as if it was done great honor.
"Just never lose that accent." She added purring, "The only vaguely southern accent we get up in my neck of the woods is a mutant gator man. But you make it much more alluring. I bet the boys just wanna take a knee around you."
no subject
Lottie laughed, not sure how she felt about this new friend. But...a friend was a friend. And maybe she could convince her about this nasty body business later.
"I wish they would! I still haven't found one prince here!"

Lottie immediately went starry eyed.
Real, live princesses?
Maybe starry eyed and a liiiiiittle bit jealouse. Maybe.
"No real prince would do that kinda shameful thing."
no subject
"Yeah! Cindy, Snow and even Red Riding Hood, though she isn't a Princess. I've met Red and Cindy but not Snow. She sure looks pretty though." Harley snagged the remote from a nearby counter and began flipping channels till she settled on a channel dedicated to gambling on the tributes. Complete with odds of survival.
As it scrolled through pictures and numbers Harley pouted, "Hey! I'm WAY more capable then that!"
no subject
She hadn't been paying enough attention lately, and decided to make an effort to review the newer Tributes.
"It's not so bad if they under estimate you...in the end it doesn't matter too much anyway."

And when she did, her mouth dropped open before she could catch it.
"Oh. Well. I guess that is making a difference."

She scowled, watching Harley move around the suite.
"We keep our tasteless habits much better hidden."

Lottie knew she had fabulous taste.
