When she wasn't training with someone else, Diana preferred to stay in her rooms to practice. She didn't enjoy the gawking or calculating stares of the other Tributes, Mentors, and whatever other Games staff wandering through the training center rooms.

But sometimes she could still be found wandering herself through the center, taking in the other Tributes, those who would need help, those who hinted at a viciousness that would need to be watched. And, occasionally, she'd come across someone she already knew, such as now.

She hesitated to interrupt De in the middle of training, and frankly she enjoyed watching a clearly skilled and experienced fighter in their element, so she hung back at first, leaned against a nearby dummy while she just watched.

The training center was full of familiar things, but it was nice to practice say, archery with a selection of bows and an actual target.

Which was what she was working on now. She concentrated, keeping her hand steady, before letting the arrow fly. It smacked into the dummies shoulder, a shot that wouldn't kill in the arena. Lowering the bow, she looked over, and gave Diana an easy grin.

It was getting easier to not feel that nervous twitch of 'Wonder Woman just watched me do that!'

"Hey, what bring a lady like you to a place like this?"

"The company, of course." Diana grinned back, straightening and coming closer as De lowered the bow. "Places like this are always the most fun when shared." She looked over at De's target. "It's rare to meet someone in our time period with such a variety of weapons skills. Are there any you don't have at least a passing knowledge of?"

"Well, that's what I like to hear."

Clearly, her fan girl tendencies were calming down, if she could flirt back. Which was nice, as De wasn't exactly a fan of being a fawning idiot.

"I'm sure there's something out there, but in my line of work you need to be...flexible." She shrugged. "You get use to the feel of weapons quick."

Diana didn't even realize she was flirting just yet, which was good for her, since her conscious flirting skills left...something to be desired. For now it was just nice to spend time with someone who felt like an equal.

"Your line of work?" Diana asked, casually. They'd met in the Training Center before, sparred together, but they hadn't really talked much in those times, and Diana was curious about De's life before the Capitol, the Games. "Hunting things?"
