OPEN Valentine's Day Plot
WHO | Everyone
WHAT | Baron sends Valentine's Day gifts to Tribute Tower.
WHEN | Valentine's Day!
WHERE | Tribute Tower
WARNINGS / NOTES | Warnings for drug use and all of the things that go with that. Possibly also sexual themes. The OOC post for this is here.

On the morning of February 14th when the Tributes come down for breakfast they're greeted by an impressive holiday themed spread. Pink and red baked goods, chocolates shaped like hearts, beautiful red and pink flowers, adorable stuffed animals all line the table.
On the table is also a sign in cursive that reads:
To our beloved Tributes, Victors, Mentors, Escorts and Stylists. Enjoy your holiday. -- Bartlett Industries
Most of the sweets are completely harmless, but if the Tributes taste the chocolate covered cherries or caramels they find themselves suddenly acting very strangely...

The garden of Eden in the seventh ring of hell? XD
Really, life could be so much worse. He could be living in a false reality, enforced to carry out actions not dictated by him, and dying every day. This was a much better world than he imagined.
And he hadn't had chocolates this good in a long while... he should go get more. Decision made, he got up and turned so suddenly that he wasn't aware someone was there until he ended up colliding into him. "Ah!"
no subject
After a moment, he looks the guy up and down. "What are supposed to be, anyway? You remind me of someone I'd rather forget"
no subject
"Ah, did I kill you in the arenas? Your face doesn't stand out."
no subject
He pops another one of his own chocolates into his mouth and wonders who had the pleasure of axing this guy. He bets it had been satisfying.
no subject
"I'll remember to leave your face alone," Lindsey concluded. "Wouldn't want to mark up that pretty face." He reached a hand forward to caress down the side of it for emphasis.
no subject
"What can I say? I'm irresistible." And being touched without snapping his finger first might just be throwing him off a little bit.
no subject
"Not the word I'd be using, but it'll do for now." His thumb traveled down and brushed a chocolate mark off the corner of the other's mouth.
no subject
He parted his lips and gave Lindsey a knowing grin that went straight to his eyes. "Honey, you have no idea how irresistible I can be when I'm not leashed like this."
no subject
"Is that so. Magic? Powers?" Being where he came from, he wasn't terribly surprised by either of those things. "Makes me glad we're on an even field, I'd hate to be the man left behind."
no subject
The reminder that they were on an even playing field made him a little uncomfortable, but not as uncomfortable as he'd been in the arena. Here, he wasn't freezing or starving and he they weren't all trying to kill each other. Of course, he still had his guard up for mind games. He was a champion at them and he wouldn't put it past other people to play them on him. "So are you planning to buy me dinner or, I don't know, give me a name?"
no subject
no subject
He was some sort of man-witch named after an archangel. He could just go with that. "Man, your parents really wanted a daughter, huh?" He imagined Lindsey probably felt a need to overcompensate for his name and he couldn't really resist poking at that.

He grinned. "I usually get what I want, so I wouldn't know."
no subject
"I was once given advice by someone to know what I want and go for it. He didn't end up so well, but it's good advice."
no subject
"I like to think of myself as a teacher." Well, he taught lessons, at least. "And a lover. My wants just tend to be within my reach."
no subject
Balancing the box of chocolates in one hand, he picked out one with his other one around Gabriel's shoulders and offered it to him. "But what do you teach?" Because obviously the man wasn't one if he merely thought of himself as one.
no subject
no subject
"They get learned as they come and not everyone's so lucky."
no subject
And oh, no, was there chocolate on Lindsey's finger? Here, let Gabriel just lick that off. He might have sucked on the tip gently, too. You know, just a little. He couldn't let chocolate go to waste.
no subject
At this point, some buried part of Lindsey was vaguely concerned that he had his arm around a man, a stranger, and that he was doing a bit more than mere flirting with him. Yet that part was fairly buried and the damned man decided, anything that felt this good shouldn't be stopped.
He picked up the next piece of chocolate and purposefully let it melt a bit in his warm and now wet fingers before delivering it to that sinful mouth.
"You know, I'm running out of chocolates... but I think my appetite's changing."
no subject
He moved his arm flippantly, knocking at the chocolate box and trying to dislodge it from Lindsey's grip. "Lose the chocolates and I'll give you something better." Few things were better than chocolate, but even fewer things were better than Gabriel.
He turned around to face Lindsey without losing the arm around his shoulders. "What do you say?"
no subject
"I say I should sample the goods first."
His arm around Gabriel's shoulders tightened, not to restrict but enough to pull him in closer. He leaned over their slight height difference in an attempt to draw those tempting lips into a kiss.
no subject
His hands went to Lindsey's shoulders as he hummed in approval. If Lindsey fucked the way he kissed, Gabriel was going to have a good day. This didn't really make up for all the dying, but it balanced out the crappiness a little.
no subject
He was staking his claim, showing off his moves, and making sure that Gabriel knew who was going to be taking the lead on this one.
Even if he was virtually new to this sort of interaction.
Kissing a guy was different, but not that vastly different that Lindsey didn't know what to do.
