Sandy took a small dark green pellet from the box and dropped it into the cup, instantly a rich lavender aroma began to rise with the steam and the drink seemed to sparkle as the mixture combined with water.
"I still love the weird way you talk. We just call them toes but I like walk stubs." She smiled gently and blew on the drink to take a sip. Her shoulders sunk gently as the familiar scent and flavor washed over her.
