The elevator opens up and he steps inside, pressing three and resisting the urge to rest his hand on her bright pink hair (she must have some liberal parents to let her dye so early).
"It must be pretty scary for you, to come here like this. Do you have parents around here?"

"They're still back home." She presses her lips together as she looks out the glass part of the elevator as it moves. Usagi would have whined about being here, at least the 16 year old version of her would. Her Mother would have sorted everything out without a thought, even her Daddy and Mamo-Chan would be able to do something about all this. So she believes anyway.
"But it it's not... Too scary." She tries to look a little braver, knowing that it would be easier to feel brave if she had her friends with her.
