[open] CATCH ALL

Who| ALL Y'ALL it's a ho down
What| A catch-all reaction log for the plot developments. Saves you from making 5 logs each tbh.
Where| All around the place
When| During and post lock down, 3am~ sunday onward
WARNINGS| Panicking, talk of murder and violence. Singing the songs of panem.

When things like THIS and THIS are going down it's probably a good time to touch base with one another. Face caressing, crying and meaningful stares abound as the Tributes and Staff drag their knuckles hopelessly in an effort to figure out what the fresh hell is going on.

Make your own prompts, feel free to make them closed to specific people.

Astrid raises an eyebrow at the suggestion, a bit curious. "You want me to follow them? Now?" Not that she's against taking spontaneous action. She's just a bit surprised at Ruff taking measures to plan something out.

But it would be a good idea to at least find out where Hiccup could be kept. It was still daylight so attempting a jailbreak right now was out of the question, but at least knowing where they needed to get to would be a good start.

"Well not now." She reasoned and held up a finger indicating Astrid should wait. She scanned the shelves again and took up a viking helmet off the shelf. it was a silly cheap plastic thing that looked nothing like a proper helmet.

The smile on her face twisted into a scowl and Ruffnut stormed over to the counter where people appeared to be buying things slamming the flimsy product down in front of the storekeeper giving him a start.

This was not a plan so much as an impulsive idea.

"What in Odin's name is this garbage?" She shouted loud enough for the crowded store to hear her. Already people were backing away from her but they weren't leaving. They were just tightening up ranks so everyone could see what the latest batch of tributes had brought to their city.

"It's a helmet ma'am." The shopkeeper was a bored looking man who was wearing a million little buttons with tributes faces on them. Sharp eyes could see on one of his sleeves a Ruffnut button looking proud. His jacket and hat glittered with all these buttons and he was almost painful to look at when the light hit him.

"That is not a helmet. This thing would melt if a dragon sneezed on it! And I can't wear this and headbutt someone look!" She plunked the ill fitting toy onto her head and lunged for him arms groping on air as he stumbled backwards no longer looking bored. His fingers clawed at the wall finding a button just below the counter and jabbing at it desperately.

Meanwhile Ruffnut had decided if she couldn't headbutt him she was going to make a mess and started grabbing shiny plastic rings with L's on them flinging them into the crowd. Next game badges with tributes faces on them. When she got her hands on a box of pens with different tributes on them she threw it at the ceiling and by luck it caught the ceiling fan sending pens scattering into a screaming crowd.
