Harley fluttered her eyelashes at him all the same.

"Whatsa matter? You got a pretty girl who might get jealous if she sees me licking you? Maybe a pretty boy? I've had that happen before and boy lemme tell ya it's always awkward and hilarious."

"I got neither." Nor does he wish to work to get one. When he was ready he would get a girl. But right now was just not a good time to think of such things. Not with the tempers flaring and the fear in the eyes of people.

No the simple truth of the matter is that Krebs simply does not like being touched by others who were not close to him.

"...Harold Krebs...."

"Harley Quinn." she answered cheerfully. "Mentor for district nine."

She sprang to her feet standing on the sofa and bowed gracefully causing the people around to stare.

She didn't seem to mind though.

"...A pleasure?" He thinks anyway. Was this really a pleasure? The blond seemed to have far too much energy, and hopped from one state of being to another.

Perhaps she should see a psychologist?

Oh the irony that is left unsaid.

"It should be. I'm quite charming in my own way." She chuckled and fluttered her eyelashes in what she imagined to be a ladylike fashion.

"I'm certain that for some men you are quite the catch." Came his response, but Harold? Not so much, she was far louder than he was used to, and probably too much work to put up with. Not exactly traits that he considered admirable. She is rather pretty though. May look even better if she were to put down those pigtails.

"Well I've been caught more then a few times." She chuckled. "Usually by men in capes with tragic pasts looking to keep the peace in the name of justice or some silly nonsense. But you'd be surprised how much fun I can be to most men rather then some." She stuck her tongue out playfully.

"It's all about being flexible. Would you say you're flexible?" She added with an exaggerated suggestive wiggle of her eyebrows.

This was one of those moments where he couldn't tell if someone was telling a joke or not, Krebs was going to go with that last statement as being a joke. It was far to silly not to be. Then again this entire is rather silly, isn't it?

"Well, I haven't tried to punch myself awake yet. " Or had a break down yet. "So I suppose I'm flexible."

"Excellent! Though I would suggest asking someone else to punch you awake. It's really hard to get a good solid hit on your own face unless you're even more flexible." She twisted her arm about in demonstration and it was indeed difficult to aim a punch at your own face for maximum impact.

"Which district were you again? You're not one of mine are you?"

"I never said." And he doubted anyone really took any notice either. He preferred it that way as well. It made things easier for him to be ignored as a whole. Nobody to ask him questions or to really bother him. So it was really only natural for him to start it off by avoiding a question. Though Krebs didn't really know why he wanted to do such a thing. It just fel the most natural reaction of them all.

This clearly was not a satisfactory answer by Harley's standards. She loomed over him leaning closer and closer, eyes getting wider and wider till they looked in danger of popping out of her head.

"Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeell?" She drawled out showing every one of her brilliant and sparkling teeth that were simply too white to be real.

Well Harley he was very tempted to just either tell you to suck it up, or to just walk away and be done with it. Though she seemed like the type to continuously bug a person until they tell her what she wants. Really, could he not have run into someone who was more...simple, and required less effort to be around.

"....Eight." There you have it, he is from District Eight. Also, by-they, his arms are now crossed, and he's scooting away once more.

"No kidding?" Harley looked bemused. "I used to have a friend in that District. She got drunk and yelled at the Capitol on the network so they took care of her."

Leaving the poor woman's fate vague enough for the time being.

"Watch out for Brainiac though. He's about as evil as they come." She added "Green kid, can't miss em. Always plotting humanities downfall."

"...Charming." Like he really needed to hear that, Harley. As if it was all that shocking for an angry drunk to be dealt with. He remembers seeing the MPs have to beat a dunk down because he was attempting to bite them. The only difference here was that she was probably shot.

"Really?" A kid who is evil. That is absolutely nothing new, at all.

"Oh absolutely." Either Harley couldn't tell how badly he wanted her to leave him alone, or she could and she was going out of her way to irritate him. She waved her arms at him looming over him trying to look spooky.

"He's from a far off future and is the descendant of an evil super robot computer guy who wanted to digitize the whole universe!"
