[Clementine finds out that Steve is out of the arena pretty soon after she comes down off the roof, her head feeling a lot clearer for the fresh air. The screens are doing highlights of deaths so far and she see's... well, there's no need to linger on the details.

It's easy to go up to District 9 past 6 and knock on the door. Far more appealing than going back to her own empty room. She wants to check on her friends and be amongst company rather than alone with her thoughts. It's not just Steve she knows here either, there's Dave who's also out of the arena by now.]

Harley burst out laughing at the girls chasing each other and reached out to plant a hand on Mindy's forehead to keep her at arms length.

"Best be careful Mindy, this girl knows her way around a rabid human." she teased. "Quick kid! Arm yourself." She pointed to the pile of pillows, surely if they had a fort they had to have pillows to defend it.

"Good plan!" Mindy said, and gave a rather impressive cartwheel over to the pillows, letting lose a few in Clementine's direction. "Think fast, Clem!"

"She said me, Mindy!" Clementine snorts, diving for a pillow as soon as it came in range.

How long has it been since she acted like this? Played like this? Maybe not since Duck died over two years ago. Clem closes her fingers around fabric and throws one back before picking up a second like a shield.

Harley threw back her head with a cheerful cackle of glee and began flinging pillows into the air letting them rain down on the girls.

"Ready? Let the games begin!" She roared "Pillow arena is go!"

Socialization? Not Mindy's strongest suit. Competing against people in an all out slumber party however? Totally different story, especially when it involved two people that she liked. She was already scrambling behind one fort and launching deadly pillow canons at her blonde friend. Equal opportunist, after all.

She ducks behind the table, giggling. Calling it a pillow arena might be in bad taste, right now Clementine's having too much fun to care though, grabbing every pillow she can reach and hoarding them to her to fling at Harley and Mindy.

Harley decided to show off with a graceful flip backwards through the air. The pillows whizzed past her as she was airborn and she grinned despite herself. Laughing out loud when one of the pillows skidded across the dining area table and knocked over a centerpiece into a bowl of fruit which sent the round food flying.

Landing on her hands she rolled to the floor and sat up with a pillow in hand only in time to get clobbered by one of Clem's pillows finding it's mark directly on her face.

"Kamikaze!!" Mindy yelled, running from her hiding place and launching and offensive on Clementine just as she was taking in a victory over Harley. She went straight for the girl, pummeling quickly, ignoring Harley for the moment.

"Ah!" Clementine has to hold up a pillow as a shield, backing away and laughing, blocking the worst of Mindy's pillow barrage until she hits the couch and falls onto it. "Whoa!"

"Aw you gonna let her get away with that kid?" Harley teased as she lunged into the pile and dragged Mindy off her. "Come on peaches, get her while I've got her held!" cheering on the underdog while keeping Mindy in a firm wrestling hold.

"No way Harley, that's fucking cheating!" Mindy protested, laughing. OK, so Harley had definitely gotten the drop on her, and while she probably could break out of the hold, she found she really didn't want to. What would be the point?

"No one said we couldn't work in teams!" she grins, pushing herself back up and approaching with solemn dignity, which breaks as she raises up the pillow and brings it down on Mindy's head, not too hard. "Got you!"

Harley threw her head back laughing in delight and let go of Mindy, making sure to sweep her leg so Mindy would crumple to the floor dramatically.

"Victory!" She declared throwing her hands to the sky in praise.

Aw Harley. Don't turn your back on Mindy. She may have fallen to the floor, but she just kipped to right herself and already had a pillow in hand, flinging it at Harley'd head and tacking Clemetine in another swoop.

Harley felt the pillow bounce off her head and caught it before falling into a heap of pillows and blankets that had yet to be turned into a fort.

After a moment to recover she grabbed a pillow for each hand and slithered behind the sofa, out of sight for now.
