WHO| Lily and Yooooou!
WHAT| Realizing that her death doesn't result to her going back home. Yet eagerly starts walking around.
WHEN| Her return to the Capitol.
WHERE| Somewhere in District Four's part of the Tribute Building.
WARNINGS/NOTES| Just a small mention of her death.
She doesn't understand.
She was supposed to be dead. Possibly even before she was brought into the Games.
Though once those bright blue eyes flashed open, she was in a near fright once she had realized her current location. While she was much more adjusted to nothing more than a white room with little to nothing there, other than a bed and a few other things that her "Mother" had allowed, it brought immediate realization that she would not be returning back to the underground. Even after her death in the Arena.
Rather than blaming Kaidan for killing her, Lily honestly thanked the man from letting her -- in her mind -- escape for the mean time from the clutches of the Capitol. It would have been worse of her to stay there, with nearly every move she made had her looking over her own shoulder not for another Tribute, but for that blood thirsty DOG that was all to ready to claw out of her mind and literally tear the remaining Tributes into pieces. So, in a sense, while her death was rather painful, there was no part in her mind that was upset for Kaidan's decision.
For the time being, she was free. Taking a deep breath as she decided to throw the sheets off of her and walking out from her room. Bright blue eyes scanned the area, as her feet managed to take her somewhere into the living room -- however, she had no idea that it was called that -- and instead of immediately finding someone to help her understand exactly she would face in the next few days, the excitement of any other child overwhelmed her once she had her eyes set on things that were completely unfamiliar to her.
While she did this, however, she didn't even realize that someone else could possibly be in the rather large section of the building along with her.

This was a terrible idea. She shouldn't be here, she should stick to her own area of the Tribute building, thank you very much. She should keep to herself and try not to piss anyone new off, and definitely shouldn't be talking to the girl she'd shouted at early on in the games, definitely not to ask for any news of Kaidan (what news could she possibly give? Amy had watched the whole thing on TV, after all) or make friends.
Friend were a bad idea.
And yet Amy walked on, against her better judgment. Subconsciously, there was something refined about her movements. Something that didn't fit the persona she'd had in the arena.

"...Amy?"

"Hi," she said. "It's me." A cautious step closer; her fingertips curled around the edges of the too-long sleeves she'd selected out of the provided wardrobe.
"Can I come in?"

She had already began basically jogging over towards Amy in order to greet her. While it wasn't really the greatest of meets, knowing that the both of them had died, Lily was quick to make into a rather happy reunion.

So Amy, heedless and upset and alone for days now with just her mentor for company, throws her arms around Lily and hugs tight.

Still, nonetheless, she still saw Amy as a good friend. And while the sudden act of affection left Lily a bit confused, she wraps her arms around the other girl and gives a gentle hug of her own.

She thuds down onto one of the couches.

The people here seem to remind her of the scientist back underground, so Lily does her best simply shaking it out of mind. "I haven't met anyone else yet except for you, so..." She decides to take a seat next to Amy, "No one has talked about what happened to me in there."
At least, not yet.

Lily Rammsteiner was her tribute. District 4's tribute. And now she was back.
To be honest, she hadn't really had much interaction with the girl. Not before she'd been hauled away and shoved into the Arena. Annie hadn't said a thing, just stared at the tiny blonde thing and hoped that Finnick would give her the advice she needed.
While Lily been inside, Annie had done very little to help; still too afraid to let herself look at the television screens, Annie learned what was happening via rumor and the reactions of others.
She's only half dressed, still in a sleeping gown and her brown hair all a mess when she peeks out from behind her door and down the hallway that leads to the common living area and dining room of the District 4 suite. She's only convinced herself to leave the room because she is hungry - it's nearly noon, after all.
She finds Lily just as she feared and expected she would. Not a scratch on her head. "Um.... hello?" she announces her presence, not wanting to startle the poor girl. She can't imagine what she must be thinking right now....
I'm so sorry this took so long! RL decided to punch me right in the face.
"Hello."
Even if they had just a small amount of interaction, Lily was still comfortable enough to immediately give off a bright smile with the appearance of the older woman.
"I'm, um... I'm back?"
It's alright BB! PUNCH IT BACK!
To be quite honest, she isn't sure what she is supposed to do about any of this. People don't generally show up again after they die. Or if they do, Annie has never been aware of it.
Barefooted, she pads over to Lily and sort of just... stares at her a moment. It's probably a little bizarre, but she doesn't know what else to do. How is she really here?! Annie half wants to poke at her just to be sure she's not an illusion. Some new kind of crazy her mind has cooked up. But even she understands that's a little too weird.
She blinks after a moment and gives another nervous smile. "I was going to have pancakes. Would you like some?"
