Who| Pasha Chekov and OPEN
What| Delivering tribbles and presents
When| Pre-Arena and post aliens plot
Where| Tribute Tower but available on her way there too.
Warnings/Notes| Not just for tributes who ordered tribbles. Pasha will be bringing gifts from Capitolians in this haul too.
Pasha didn't often do deliveries of items bought in her shop herself.
But morbid curiosity after being trapped in a corder of the tribute tower during the Captiol evacuation had left her needing to know if it looked any different in the light of day. So dressed casually and with an avox trailing behind her who was struggling to carry all the neatly wrapped presents and boxes of things from her shop that were being sent to tributes she set off in the direction of the tribute tower.
She wound her way up the tower, knocking on district doors and asking to be shown to tributes rooms in order to bring them a delivery. Most of the presents had a note attached belaying the sender but some of them, such as the tribbles didn't. If there was nobody in she would simply leave them in their rooms if not, she would wait patiently for them after knocking.

Pasha felt her heart sink into her stomach. She was in so much trouble right now. Papa was going to murder her if he got word of this. Or worse, cut off her allowances. "And I am a lawful citizen going about her business." The young woman replied after a moment, not being able to back down not that the woman had a hold on her.

Pasha swallowed hard. "I'm sorry." She forced out.
"But I can't giwe you one of these. They are the property of the citizen who has already paid for it to be deliwered. If you take it, it's theft."

She reaches back over for the Tribble and gives it a squeeze. It gives a squeal of discomfort, a marked change from its purring. "You wouldn't dare report me, would you? You just lost this little thing in the elevator, because you're a careless-"
She loops her finger around a lock of Pasha's hair-
"-stupid, girl."

She can't report her. She can't protest. Goodness knows that if she did she would probably be hauled out of bed in the middle of the night and be accused of something she had never done. Everyone had heard the rumours. Somehow she doubted that her father being who he was wouldn't stop anything.
Her stomach twists again and she silently shakes her head. Her little stand had been a bad idea. She would just have to replace the tribble herself.

The smile becomes self-satisfied as she walks away.
