As usual by half way through the night Ian had no idea where he was. The Capitol didn't seem all that confusing in the day but at night, where he was taken to a party, didn't have time to get his bearings, and ended up going to a string of clubs... He usually ended up lost and just had to hope he hadn't lost those he had came with.

He liked this place though, it was dark, it was loud and it was slightly less pretentious than the other places he ended up.

Alright so it was a different kind of pretentious, the music made up for it though. He was just past pleasantly drunk and was pretty happy to be dragged to the dance floor. This kind of dancing he could actually manage.
