WHAT| Waking up in the Capitol and wandering around
WHEN| The day after he is slaughtered in the Arena
WHERE| Wherever you'd like to find him in the Capitol! He'll be in his district 7 suite, the training center, green room, and wandering the streets of the Capitol.

Tate woke up in the same pod he always did after he had died in the arena. Avoxes and staff surrounding him and tending to him to be sure he was cleaned and clothed. However he'd already done this twice before and this was strike 3 that he hadn't won. Hell, this time he had hardly made it into the second week! He was pissed.
Throwing on the clothes made available for him and not bothering to listen to his district's stylist on how to do his hair in this crazy city. Granted he didn't look like he wanted to be approached by anyone with the nasty look on his face, but he was really just trying to walk off this funk that he had found himself in. He shouldn't have been killed off so early. This was bullshit. Maybe he'd find some alcohol or something to take his anger out on. Either way, he pressed on and out of the dressing room.

"Yeah okay, Sparky." he saw the fangs of the person in front of him, but he wasn't frightened by them. Instead intrigued, but he was too ticked off by the other tribute knocking into him to give them much credit. "What the hell are you?" He hadn't seen his kind around the Capitol so clearly he was from another world. "A mutt?"
