Less than an hour in Panem and Redglare has already made not-so-subtle threats against multiple people's lives. She's sure that has to be some kind of record.

The guards (Peacekeepers? Is that what they were called?) who escorted her to where she'd be staying had told her nothing despite her verbal prodding. The prodding would have included some of the physical kind but they'd taken her cane upon her arrival. Once at the appropriate floor, they'd led her to the common room and left her to her own devices. When she tried to leave, to explore the rest of the tower, they stopped her.

Left on her ow, and still working on processing her situation, Redglare takes her time to explore the common room. Best to familiarize herself with her new surroundings as quickly as she can.

He goes very still, eyes wide. Then after a long moment, he slowly straightens, looking her over with an unreadable expression. It did give it away. At least that she knew him. He'd told it to one other troll outside the church and she wasn't it. That had been when he was young, and not once ever again had he shared it since he'd demanded the priests give him title (so what if it was before average time? He'd been ready for it).

"SO... you do at know me."

There's something uncomfortably fragile about that. It confirmed things for him but now? Now he had to wonder how much the Neophyte knew. And what the score had been between them. He tries to imagine recognizing her beyond what he knows of the little pyrope, but he can't.

"AIN'T GOT EXPECTATION UP ONTO HER FOR CALLING HIM HIGHBLOOD. No other motherfucker up and does here, and I ain't truly seen at earning the title for my own yet, merely heard for tale and another's recognition. THE INITIATE, FRAYSONG, HOWEVER SHOULD BE ABIDED AT MOTHERFUCKING LEAST." Or so motherfucking help him if she chose to use his wriggler name...

"I had no intention to." He needs no fear of her using his wriggler name casually. That's not even something she does with her partner unless the circumstances are right.

"Initiate it is then. In return I would ask you not call me 'Pyrope'. My hatch name is something I would prefer to keep out of public knowledge if it can be helped. You may call me Neophyte or simply Redglare. Whichever you prefer, I'm used to answering to both."
