WHO| Kaidan&Effie
WHAT| Pre-party and Kaidan is having a headache and guess who's been sent to round him up.
WHEN| RIGHT NOWWWW
WHERE| Kaidan's tribute room thing
The best thing to do when having a flairup is to turn the lights completely off, close all the doors, and only leave a window open if there's a breeze. The second best thing is to lay something cool over the implant scarring on the back of the neck and lay down. If you can manage sleep, great, but if not-- the only thing to do was sit it out. It took a few years with his mom to figure it out, but Kaidan has what to do during a migraine down to an art form. There's supposed to be a party tonight in the Capitol but Kaidan has refused-- none too politely, but firm enough that hopefully no one would bother him for the day.
In the Capitol, the flairups happen often and hard-- whatever lock they've thrown onto his biotics making everything inside him rebel. He refuses to speak with the doctors here about it, but there has to be someone. Shepard might know something, but he can't imagine anyone else knowing a doctor or even a tech specialist that a) isn't affiliated with the Capitol and b) would understand the level of technology. For now, Kaidan will just have to sit it out, and he's fine with that for now. But something will have to change soon.

And now the escort from two was calling in a favor Effie owed her, and asking her to bring their linger tribute. Said he had been taking longer to get ready. Effie was...annoyed, but she did owe the woman a favor.
"Knock knock!"

"...you aren't ready yet?" She tried to keep an upbeat lilt to her voice, but it was strained.

"So hurry up so we can get down there, before we are far more than fashionably late."

How incredibly rude.
She lifted her hand, knocking on the door...possibly a little less than lady like this time. "Excuse me. Open this door right now."

Really? How selfish could one be?

"If you don't come out here, I will get someone to take you down there."

It was like corraling a hung over Haymitch, and she could handle that. Reaching out, she grabbed his wrist to take him to stylist. She could get some pain klillers while they tried to make something out of him. She was trying to reel the annoyance back in her voice, but really.

"And if you don't come willingly, I will call someone in to drag you down, as you are. You'll be a humiliation to your district, which will only hurt your teammate in the arena!"

And she screamed.

His door is knocked on by people much bigger than her.
