Who| Prim & OPEN (Especially trolls)
What| Exploring the city, filling in free time, forever staring at shops and things.
Where| District 12 Quarters, common area, or out in the Capitol. (She's not a tribute, so she's not actually allowed in the gym. :( )
When| Any time during the week~
Warnings| Potentially foul language? UNHANDABLE AMOUNTS OF CUTENESS?
It took a lot to fill a day, devoid of school or work. Sometimes she followed Katniss or visited with Cinna. The rest of the time, when she didn't have a book to read or a ball to bounce against the wall, she went out to the city.
They had a lot of things out there, making her head whip about. She couldn't buy any of it, without relying on her credit card, but she could stare into the windows and mouth her awe. The books in their display cases, the clothes - so many types of shoes and dresses: she couldn't imagine people going through so many outfits, back home. None of the shoes even looked practical.
She had some thoughts about searching out herbal shops, or pressing people for information on the capitol's medication... Somehow, the cake shops and toy stores always drew just as much attention, though. The sweet smells and bright lights... All the things she never could have imagined back home.
Most recently was the tickle-me trolls. Staring at the familiar faces of the tributes, and remembering what it was she had heard from them. How could they be child friendly?

The next thing she noticed was he didn't know who she was. That probably meant he was new. Definitely not a citizen, or he would have known all about her, wouldn't he? the thoughts went quickly through her mind before she responded.
"It's just been a few weeks," she said.

But by now he figures that she can't be some employee's daughter, because that would mean she would have been here longer than just a few weeks, right? Jeez. He doesn't know better, so he assumes she's a tribute too.
"I'm not a fan of being locked up in my suite all day, and since I just got here, I was wondering if you knew the best way to kill some time." Hah. Kill. That was actually a poor choice of words, oops.

...Of course, Prim has spent her entire life in one cage or another. Her opinion might be a little skewed.
