Who| Sybille Matteris & Jim Kirk
What| Kirk is getting immersed in Capitol culture.
Where| Various places in the Capitol, starting in the Tribute Center common room.
When| Backdated to the day of this post.
Warnings/Notes| Nothing that I can think of right now.

Sybille doesn't go out with tributes much. She's a professional - she has to maintain a certain distance from tributes. If she had ever been shown to be close to one, it would be quite the scandal. But now that the tributes are older, now that the tributes don't stay good forever, well. There's more appeal to talk to someone who's not a child, and that's why she finds herself in the common room, waiting for Kirk to arrive.

She hopes she doesn't have to wait for too long.

Jim is NEVER late to meet with a pretty woman and while they didn't set any time, Jim was downstairs within five minutes. He spotted her without too much trouble and lifted a hand in greeting.

"I hope I didn't keep you waiting down here too long."
