The Capitol might be known for its extravagance, but Stark Expos have never skimped on a show. Combining the two together could only be a recipe for the most wild indulgences. The center theater takes styling after a arc reactor, with glass ceiling and glowing blue lights set right within the metal and putting a glow to the sky. Lightshows go off on the main stage, the stark logo overhead and a massive screen displaying the Panem flag and Tony Stark's image just behind the dancing Ironettes. A circle plattform going off from the stage, clearly reserved for the guest of honor, features a design Panem's bird in red, gold, and glowing blue.

A globe is featured in the outside gardens, showing off a map of Panem, and the park is filled with artistic statues of destroyed Iron Man amror. But there's no quiet here, not with the fireworks going off all night and the consistent playing of music that is not but sounds an awful lot like that of Daft Punk, Eifel 65, ACDC, and one other song that breaks them up.

Various shows can be found about the gardens, including display models of some of Tony Stark's old weapons and Iron Man suits. Further along guests may find the Avengers display, featuring large portraits of the Avengers and their allies, large red x's going over greyed out portraits of those deemed dead, including Phill Coulson, Natasha Romanoff, and Thor. Along with these portraits can be found the Stark family tree, featuring the Victor Tony Stark and all his relations including apparent son Dave Strider, and Arya Stark, Ancestor of the Stark family, not to mention the great Howard Stark who's accomplishments (and tragic lack of care for Anthony) are lovingly illustrated. One such accomplishment being a "flying car" just a short walk over.

There's plenty for guests to do besides just ogle the brilliant sights however! A bar has been set up with a whole variety of drinking games available from Sink The Battleship and Drink Roulette to an extravagent variation of the classic game, Beer Pong, and an ongoing run of the Games with rules of drinking for each emotional scene, funny incident, or death. Those under the age of eighteen will be served fizzing juice or soda instead and can participate in junior versions of the very same games. All the cups are made from the finest glass with Tony Stark images over them. Avoxes are on scene to clean every spill and break of glass that might come.

A cave has been crafted of artificial and real material, designed to look like the Cave in which Tony Stark became a real hero, but with a twist; it's been made into a fun-for-all maze! Guests can attempt to navigate their way to the labyrinth and reach the core, avoiding those nasty pop-out rebels along the way. Those who make it to the fire-lit center may receive a limited edition "Tony Stark Heart" miniature arc reactor in a beautiful glass case.

An indoor sky diving station is also available, large enough that many guests may enter at once and still find it spacious. Here, guests can don Iron Man themed sky-diving suits and experience the sensation of flight, just as Tony Stark once did. Of course, the party doesn't start until the Victor comes in; he'll be appearing by Capitol-controlled suit to make his entrance at center stage. It is here that his Throne shall be raised up through the stage and his crown gifted to him. Following the official Crowning Ceremony will also come a speech from the Capitol's very own, Cyrus Reagan.

Tributes are dressed in formal wear with robotic accents. Such as a full mask or metal armor. Capitolites can be seen with Tony stark styled hair, bearing tattoos in his image, and even with surgically implanted lights, in honor of the new Victor. Available for purchase are handcrafted Tony Stark dolls, Iron Man action figures, and models of beloved robot-pet "Dum-E" in both small and life-sized. The Iron Man light gloves come completely free for all guests.

The Crowning ends off with a bang, as in the center of the sky, a massive "wormhole" opens up showing a vast darkness full of sinister creatures just on the other side, sure to inspire some screams from fans. Guests near to the Iron Man suit displays are asked by peacekeepers to step back-- far back-- but may be the first to witness the incredible scene of all those suits launching into the sky and exploding around and "in" the wormhole. The wormhole shifts to a message stating the show to have been brought to you by the Hunger Game's skilled Sky-Display Designers before going into advertising for the rest of the night as the party dies down.

Cullen laughs a little in surprise at her comment, and shrugs helplessly.

"I'm sorry. Now that I know you're a connoisseur, I'll see if I can find better."

He... actually will, too.

She chuckles, shaking her head and leaning up on her toes to press a kiss to his cheek, squeezing his hand a little in the same motion.

"You don't have to. I'm content with this. Besides, nothing is quite like chocolate from home."

"True enough," he murmurs. He might still get her some, though. Just because they're not home doesn't mean they can't find some enjoyment where they can.

With that thought, he turns his head a little to catch her lips in a soft kiss, his hands on her waist tugging her closer against him.

She's surprised, but pleased, when he turns his head to kiss her. Her free hand slides up to loosely curl around his neck and she gives him a soft smile when they part.

"I miss the walkways over Skyhold," she says quietly, leaning her forehead against his.

"So do I." His smile turns soft. He misses a lot of things about home. He used to think it was terribly difficult to find private time with her at Skyhold. He really never could've imagined this.

He misses her.

"Perhaps we could - er, I could - join you in your - chamber, tonight?" he asks, slightly awkward again, unsure what she wants. If she wants.

Letting out a laugh she slides her hand up to cup his cheek, tilting her head slightly to the side.

"If I'd known all it took was a nice dress to get you to ask, I'd have worn one much sooner." She doesn't like being apart from him. She's happier when they're together, and if it weren't for the fact that she's worried someone will get in trouble, she'd insist on them sharing one-another's rooms at all times. Tonight, no one is likely to care what they get up to, at least.

He relaxes a little at her reaction, his smile turning almost boyish as he leans in for another kiss. "I wouldn't want to impose. Or cause you any trouble," he points out. He won't see her get into trouble, not for anything, but especially not for this. And besides, one night together - as good as it admittedly was - doesn't guarantee anything.

"But it is a nice dress. You look - beautiful."

There's few things she loves more than eliciting that look from him. She's more than happy to kiss him again, leaning her weight into his chest.

"I don't give a damn about getting in trouble, I'd rather be with you. If they didn't want us to be together, they shouldn't have brought us here in the first place."

He might protest - his first instinct is to protect, to do whatever is necessary to keep his loved ones safe. But Adella is her own woman - capable of making her own decisions, as he well knows.

Besides, when what she wants coincides so perfectly with what he wants, well. How can he argue with her?

"Somehow I don't think they care too much about what we do or don't do tonight," he murmurs finally, holding her close. "No doubt there will be bigger concerns."

This sort of party would be a guardsman's nightmare, for one thing. The public drunkenness would be off the charts.

She hums in agreement, her hand sliding to the back of his neck and settling there.

"How long do you think we have to stay down here before we can escape?" As interesting as the statues and the party are, she'd much rather be in the quiet of her room with him. It's been a frustrating wait, trying to determine whether the security would be called if she had an overnight guest.

"I don't know," Cullen admits, thinking along the same lines. They all had to attend, sure, but do they all have to stay for the whole thing?

"I haven't noticed anyone else leaving yet, have you?"

"No," she replies with a grimace, glancing around. "Though I haven't really been looking, either." She has a feeling they're supposed to put in a fair amount of face time, otherwise it wouldn't be so important for them to be present.

"Do you want to walk around? See if we can spot anyone making a break for it."

He sighs heavily. "I suppose we ought to. No rest for the wicked, right?"

He hates parties. He hates attention. "Hopefully no one will grab my bottom tonight," he mutters under his breath.

She catches that and smirks a little, adjusting her position and pressing her body agains his, so she can slide her arms around his waist. She arches up against him a little, pressing a light kiss to his jaw.

"I won't let anyone else touch it," she says quietly, sliding her hands down and giving his bottom a very firm and obvious squeeze. "That's my territory, now."

She is nothing if not good at getting him to blush, that's for certain. "Maker's breath," he mutters, laughing a little at his own ridiculousness. She is outrageously attractive tonight, and her wandering hands aren't helping any. "The things I want to do to you..."

It could be the alcohol she's already had tonight, or the party atmosphere, but the fact that she hasn't had a real night with him since before they'd been dragged here contributed to her inability to behave herself. Sliding her hands up to rest on his back again she presses another kiss to his jawline, smiling a little.

"Make a list. I have one of my own going already." Tearing the unusual clothes off him only being the start.

Cullen wouldn't even mind, except that if she keeps doing that, he's going to have to strategically carry a party tray in front of himself or something soon.

"Trust me," he murmurs. "I have a list."

She grins at that, pressing one more kiss to his jaw before pulling away, somewhat reluctantly.

"Come on. Let's head back inside and see if we can sneak off." If he were someone else, she might suggest they find a broom closet and that would be good enough. She almost mentioned it aloud, before deciding against it. Hurried encounters in closets were things from her days in the Circle, it never needed to be like that with him.

He might not entirely object to a broom closet right here and now, quite frankly. But - she would have a point. They shouldn't need to be fumbling, quick, secretive. Even in this place, they shouldn't have to do that. If these Gamemakers or their cronies disapprove of such things, well, that's their problem.

He takes her arm, returning the smile. "As my lady commands," he says.

"Oh, am I commanding?" she replies, a slight teasing lilt in her tone as she heads back in the general direction they'd come from.

"If you'd rather do something else, by all means."

"You know you can always command me," he says easily. If she hasn't worked that out yet, he's not sure what to say.

He gives her hand a squeeze. "I think getting out of here as soon as we can is a good plan."

"I don't mind switching things up, just say the word," she says with some amusement, bumping her hip against his as they walk, the smile not leaving her face. She appreciates how willing he is to do whatever she asks, but she also enjoys when he's in control. The first time she'd realized she had more than a passing crush on him was watching him take control of the situation at Haven.

"Though in this case I'm glad you're on board with my idea."

"I know." He can be assertive, when he wants to be. When she wants him to be. And they both know he's not afraid to voice his opinion, in no uncertain terms.

"In some things, you'll probably always have the lead. Especially parties," he points out with a faint smile.

"I haven't got much more experience with them than you, you know," she replies, glancing up at him and her smile widening briefly. Granted her mother had thrown a few when she'd been younger, but those she really hadn't been allowed to attend. The few she'd been to as Inquisitor had genuinely been the first parties she'd been invited to.

"Though I did at least learn how to dance." Not that they'll be dancing to this music, but still. It had been a decent skill to have.

"You at least look like you belong," he points out with a little smile. "And you're far more charming than me."
