This wig is only full because it contains so much joy...

WHO| Lady Cerise and anyone in her gravitational pull.
WHAT| She's either having tea, or doting on her tributes
WHEN| After Arena 13's winner's announced.
WHERE| District Four's floor and one of the tea rooms near by.
WARNINGS| Potential talking about death, swearing.

District Four's suite

As is customary by now, Lady Cerise has bought and wrapped gifts for all her sweet children. Though instead of waiting for them all to find her to give them out, she's snuck into their rooms while they slept and placed them all on the dresser. As usual they're little nick-knacks or some charming little cuddly toy. But as usual she sits at the table with a fruit salad breakfast and a morning screwdriver as she waits for them to make themselves known, while laughing lightly at some morning comedy show.

She knows that some of them have been back in the capitol for a while, but she has her routine of showing up again once the winner is announced. After all, those who have known her for a few arena's knows that if they need her they can come to her house.

The Near-by Tea Rooms

In a slight deviation from her normal "After Arena Coddlings" Lady Cerise decided to book a whole room in the tea rooms for people to come in and enjoy finger sandwiches, small cakes and oh so many varieties of tea. After all, with all that ice, snow and silliness in the arena this time, a nice spot of quiet tea and nibble would certainly be the way to go in helping some of the tributes -both hers and others- to help bring back the warmth to their bones.

"Tell me, apple slice, how does everything taste?" She asks once she's seen someone enjoy the food after coming in.

"Lady Cerise, then." Joly is perfectly happy with that. Formal or not, it IS more familiar, now isn't it? That actually makes him more comfortable, as it feels a little more like home, where he may or may not have attempted to charm a certain widow with a wine shop using much the same manners he uses here.

"And this is the first that I have been." He answers, smiling. "I am very pleased to meet you, Lady Cerise." He's standing now, giving her a bow. "My name is Joly and I represent District 12, though I've been working with the medical professionals here as well, when they have work for me."
