Sandy puzzled over it for a few moments more then groaned and buried her face in her hands to rub the tension out.

"Maybe I'm just not old enough to understand government stuff...but alot of what they do just doesn't make sense anymore. I mean at least when I first got here they could kind of BS an explanation for why we were suffering. Now they don't even bother."
