Homura didn't waste time when the lights went out. She was out and about, casually flipping her hair as she walked out of the doorway of the Tribute Tower. She couldn't transform, but that was all right. For the present, at least.
She needed weapons. Guns. Whatever she could get her hands on. She was tired of not having anything to fight back with. She wanted to feel a gun in her hand. She wanted to feel safe.
She intended to rectify her fear tonight. She'd get herself a gun. A dozen guns. Whatever she could carry. She'd take it.
