There's a loud, attention grabbing rapping at Eponine's door.

Diana stands there, what appears to be a pillowcase stuffed with many different objects judging from it's lumpiness in one hand, the other balancing 4 large drinks in a cup holder.

She must have knocked by kicking the door.

"Hey Eppy...nine." She greets her when the door opens, eyes sweeping over the other girl. Only just correcting herself so as not to irritate Eponine too early.

Diana wears casual clothes but looks good anyway, as usual. Those maroon jeggings hug her shapely legs and her thick hair is pulled to one side and plaited into a messy braid that frames her pretty face. Even if it looks as though she's only done it to keep it out of the way it's attractive.

"You gonna let me in? Because this is heavy and I'm not balancing all this for shits and giggles." She jangles the pillowcase. "I brought food." She spoke as if this were the most tempting offer in the world, though, to be fair, to her it was.

Eponine glances over at Diana, catches one glimpse of her in her knickers and blushes a far deeper red than any shade she has managed to turn yet.

She looks away, quite determinedly munching on her eclair... but... it's natural, isn't it? To keep wanting to look. She tries her best to hide it.

"Do you wish for pyjamas?" Eponine offers a little weakly.

"No, thanks, I'm good." Comes Diana's response, half garbled, no doubt from a toothbrush in her mouth.

She spends a good 5 minutes in there, the sound of scrubbing consistent, as if she's sandpapering some wood.

A spitting noise and she comes back out, her gums look a little red and sore like she's been brushing hard.

Still not bothering to dress yet, she grabs the brush from the bedside table she was using on Eponine and combs out her own hair.

Standing in the other girls room, nude and shapely, giving so little care for modesty, she asks. "What do you think?" She nods to the cream and chocolate on Eponine's fingers as she combs her hair. "Good?"

"Uh - " Eponine looks up again, and quickly looks back at her sticky fingers.

"Lovely." She coughs, and licks her fingers to give herself something to do. She doesn't quite know where to look, what to do with herself.

"Good." Diana bends to pick up her pile of clothes and bundles them into the pillowcase.

Then she shakes it out what she took out earlier, revealing it to be a medium sized jumper and pulls it over her head. Allowing Eponine to finally look up with fear of seeing Diana's chest unbound, even if the jumper ends high enough up that it easily hitches above the blue knickers when she comes back over to the bed.

"See? I came prepared." She sits herself beside Eponine, legs still on display but her top finally covered.

Eponine lets out a sigh of relief that she hopes really doesn't sound like a sigh of relief.

"Was all that on purpose? To make me embarrassed?" Eponine smiled ruefully at Diana. "Always you tease me. I have never seen another woman... you know? Except my sister... It's not done, is it? It's... People will say you're bad if you keep doing it."

Diana responds with a sly smirk. "I suppose a part of it was probably to embarrass you." She gives a small shrug. "Honestly though, that's usually how I get ready."

An eyebrow arches, as if curious. "They will? Why?"

"Because two women are not supposed to be naked together, no?" And as much as she's told Felicity otherwise, Eponine can't shake her old ways completely out of her head. "My Pa always said it were a bad thing for men to do, but an even worse thing for two women to be together."

She looks down at her hands. "I know it's bad. But it is nice to have someone to love, no? But bad. And it is bad of you to tease me the more!"

Diana just looks at her straight faced. "I'm really not getting this. Why is it supposed to be bad? Because your dad said so? The dad you killed because he's an ass?"

"Because everybody says it. I do not know... I were always taught a man and a woman. Before I came here, I had never seen two men, and certainly not two women. Papa said it were a waste of women for them to go together." Eponine can't meet Diana's eyes any more.

"I'm stupid, yes? I should stop being embarrassed over another woman's body, yes?"

"Pretty much, yeah." Diana responds bluntly, then sighs and pats Eponine's hand. "Why would you be embarrassed over someone else's body?"

Her smirk is back. "Because, trust me, I'm not."

Eponine shrugs. "I have seen so." She laughs. "I do not know. I shall have to learn, I think. It is that I think that women shall be cross if I look and I would rather not have trouble, you know? I think I prefer to see a nice man naked than you though. Though you are beautiful, Diana. I should like to see Marius naked, I think. That prude though - I do not think he ever undresses completely!"

"I've never really heard of a girl getting angry at another girl for looking at them naked." She waves Eponine's comment away. "And I'm going to pretend you did not just imply that guys look better naked than me. Because my ego knows that's a load of crap."

Diana chuckles. "Well, then that's no fun. You should pick a guy who'd be more willing to show you."

"There are no men here though. This is the problem. They are as Marius and the rest of the men from Paris who think me disgusting. Or they are pussies like Orc and Dave and I scare them, even when they want it. Or they like each other. Really, I think there are no men left. Perhaps I shall have to go for a woman after all?" She cackled.

Diana giggles alongside her. "I can't argue with you much on most of that. It certainly seems like we've got a alot of little boys running around. Honestly, in terms of tributes, this place is pretty much owned by women. At least if you're looking for someone interesting and good looking."

She lays back on the mattress and addresses Eponine's last retort. "Or just keep yourself open to both. I find that alot more fun."

"You?" Eponine copies Diana and lies back, though still dressed. She rolls onto her side, propping her head up with her hand.

"You like men and women? Both? That is what Dave said, you know? I didn't think you could do such a thing."

She's having quite a lot of revelations about sex tonight. "You must think me horrid for all I have said then. I'm sorry Diana - I didn't mean offence."

"I guess if you wanna get technical, on the spectrum as a general rule I lean more towards men. Looks wise, I mean. I find them more attractive. But they can just get so, so boring."

She turns her head to look at Eponine. "Have I looked offended? It's not like you knew any better and considering your upbringing...."

Diana shrugs and brings her arms up to her rest her hands behind her head. "Really, I just think it's kind of funny."

Eponine smiles at that a little bit. "Perhaps it is that we should have a teaching - we should teach these so-stupid men how we wish them to be and we should make them love us madly! Truly, though, I cannot imagine Orc or Dave acting in any way but scared. At least it should make us laugh!"

Diana nods and smiles back but doesn't really comment because really, Eponine is just describing Diana's usual day in a nutshell.

"Having fun is the key."
