[Instead of horror or indignance as some Tributes that have had the dubious honor of having a biopic broadcasted for all this world to see have displayed, Rat has another entirely: Laughter.

It's not the laughter of some madman that's finally lost it, or an evil schemer that has finally been exposed. It's as though he'd just finished watching the greatest comedy ever put on, he can barely catch his breath. It even seems genuine, the way his face is turning red.

He even claps a few times before he finally has something to say. With the laughter gone, a rat has decided it's safe to return to his shoulder again.]

Truly a tale brilliantly told, and wonderfully written. It almost makes me nostalgic for home. It's been a long time since I'd seen Shion's hair in its natural state. It takes me back to better days.

[He sits up and leans conspiratorially in to the camera. He's smirking but it doesn't really show in his eyes.] So, Panem. Would you like me to sing a song for you? [And he laughs again as if he's told a magnificent joke and he switches it off.]

What am I supposed to say? [His voice gets a bit more womanly] 'Oh I can't believe they'd say such terrible things! I would never do anything like that!'

[Back to normal] The more ruthless we look the better off we are. Shion knows the truth and that's all that matters. I really don't care what anyone else thinks.

Yeah, I guess its true. But don't forget you still need sponsors, especially during the Arena. Make sure they see the not so brutal side of you too.

[He turns and rustles around with something off-screen before he holds a poster up partly in front of himself. It's advertising the opening of a show, featuring Eve, but the photo on it was clearly him in a lot more makeup.] You must've missed this. I guess you don't really strike me as the type to be a patron of the arts, though.

[She views the poster with amusement]. Actually, you'd be surprised. Recently just went to a museum with some friends of mine to keep up on modern capitol inspired art. You could start your show taking a shit in a box and it would still be more entertaining and enriching than that.

[He smirked.] Modern? [Harumph] It's a shame when artists forget their roots.

Yeah, well, I've from New York, and that kind of shit you see all the time. Experimental. Not great. Me personally, I think I was always partial to the surreal kinda shit. Telling stories with pictures, cerebral stuff.

Oh, I am definitely into that more than anything. But I can't see the Capitol finding as much of an interest there.

Maybe tied into a fictional Arena with a few subplots of star-crossed love and rivalry. Have you seen how many trashy Arena romance novels there are out there?
