Thicker Than Blood Start
For Tributes with keen eyes, they'll notice that Peacekeeper presence seems increased and yet infinitely more ineffective in the last few weeks. Peacekeepers seem harried, as do the Stylists, and most of the Escorts titter and plot without alerting the Tributes as to what, exactly, is so exciting. They simply say that this weekend they'll know.
And so it happens that on the weekend in question, the Tributes are woken by their Escorts early and brought to a restaurant for a hearty breakfast. The restaurant is nothing spectacular, although they seem to be trying to make an impression on the television cameras that float around. The sleepy, cranky meal goes by and then the Tributes are led back to their Suites for a mandatory meeting.
Sitting on couches and the floor, in chairs and on windowsills, standing off to the side - people from the Tributes' homes are waiting to greet them in each District Suite. Some are confused, some accepting, some frightened and some elated to see their beloved. Either way, it should be an eventful reunion.

"Don't be such a brat, Hans. You must remember how to share." His smile was almost sinister, if he wasn't so ridiculous looking. "We're family. You can't turn your back on us."

"They'd have to be out of their minds to fawn over either of you! You're both insufferable." Only he's not entirely confident the Capitol isn't a little bit out of its mind. But that's irrelevant. "Everyone back home is deluded, family included." He sniffs, trying not to have the ultimate tantrum he can feel himself on the brink of. "It's a little bit late for a life lesson from either of you, so if you don't mind I'd be happy to let you share a trip down the stairs." He puffs up again, but there's a little voice in his head telling him that was a damn stupid thing to say.

"That's a great idea!" He declared and clapped a crushing hand on Hans shoulder.
"Right down the stairs and out into the public. Let's go meet all those people who "Love" our little brother so much." The air quotes he made with his free hand was completely unnecessary given his tone of voice but he enjoyed it.
"Of course it's hard to imagine they'd like you that much Hans, after all you did just call our loving, caring mother deluded." He cast a glance over Han's head.
"Oh and here she comes now! Mother!" He waved at the empty space behind Hans where he was pretending she was coming from.
