I CAN ADD PROMPTS AND THINGS. Just tell me and I'll go at it.
Gabriel | D11: He's very interested and serious about interacting with the citizens, but he can't really... do that. So he spends a lot of time on the first level of their little thing they're staying in with the hopes of seeing people. At the dinner, he's all happy and acting like nothing is wrong ever, but he cares about the population a hell of a lot more than these noble folks. FYI, he's stealing one of those embroidered blankets they were given and taking it home with him.
Capitol: Trying to ignore that the arena exists, yup. Basically, the same old thing with him. Find him in the D11 suites or roaming around the tower/city/anywhere there's food.He's gonna get fat.
Holiday | D8: Also very interested in the general populace, but she has a very hard time not showing her sympathy for the people there. Rebecca's mostly kept to herself, but she can be found roaming around wherever tributes are allowed. At the dinner, she's lively and talking to anyone she can for more information on the districts and their connection with the Capitol.
Capitol: She's training more and that's a bad thing. Also, she's trying to wean off the sauce since she won't find any in the arena and no one wants to have withdraw symptoms... So, the training area, the D8 suite, going out on sponsor dates, the Speakeasy, etc.
