Who| Everyone, pretty much. Particularly Secret Santa people and those Creuntus is fucking with.
What| Holiday times!
Where| The Tribute Training center
When| The whole week, but Creuntus' gifts arrive today.
Warnings/Notes| none atm. Please add any in thread headers. Also, for secret santa, if you are the giver start a thread with your giftee's name (unless you two have worked something else out between you). You can use the District threads below, or choose a different setting of your own.

Every floor public space is dripping with holiday decorations.

The decorations are themed, ridiculously so. Every surface is covered, and a table sits proudly full of holiday treats and spirits, kept stocked constantly by the avoxes. Cheerful music plays softly throughout the whole building, though luckily for everyone the Capitol doesn't really know what Christmas carols are.

Those with secret santa's have a cheery, passive-aggressive note reminding them not to disappoint anyone and ruin their holiday.

Those that have expressed a want for some object from home will find a box on their bed sometime during the day, with a merry holiday greeting from Cruentus. Inside they will find the object of their desire, or something similar, crafted from their words.

In blown glass. Pretty, decorative, utterly useless.

Bert's guns, Punchy's goggles, Sigma's music box, Maximus' leg, Mindy's knife, Terezi's dragon cane...on and on, as many gifts as Creuntus could find out. Those that were with them when they were pulled are more perfect replicas, those that they have just described obviously have an artistic touch to them.

Wyatt knew she was a dragon. And he'd seen a whole range of tributes in his time at the Capitol - red, green, tails and horns, fanged teeth, but as he turned at the gentle rush of Iskierka's claws over the carpet, the swish of her tail, somehow, he was still caught surprised.

A beast he'd only heard of in stories, in the flesh before him.

It was a full half minute before he found his voice again.

"Iskierka?" He cleared his throat, remembered the present belatedly and held it out to her. "I was chosen to get yer gift."

Soft to the touch, it squished beneath his fingers. Under the blue paper - sparkling with silver glitter snowflakes (chosen by his escort) - was a ruby red electric blanket, stitched with gold thread.

The reaction is not unfamiliar. Even back in her own world, there have been people who've been taken aback by the sight of her. Of course, there she's usually so much larger than she is now, but the reaction is much the same and so she waits relatively patiently for Wyatt to find his voice. He's the one who'd sent for her, after all.

Still, she bobs her head in what is is most likely intended to be a nod at the comment.

"Could you open it, please?"

She has no idea what it is, and while there are certain things her talons are good for, carefully unwrapping things is not really something she's had any sort practice in.

Another pause, then another nod. "A'course."

Made perfect sense, now that he thought about it (now that he actually saw her, saw the dark curved claws at the ends of her scaled fingers). He wished he'd thought of it, or his escort at least - they might have put it in a bag for her.

"Sorry 'bout that," he murmured as he pulled the gift back and started to unwrap it. "Didn't even think...."

Folding the paper back noisily, he freed the blanket and held that out to her in turn.

"It's heated," he told her, turning it a bit to show her the cord sticking from one end. "Ya plug this bit here into one'a those outlets there in the walls an' it warms up."
