Who| Everyone, pretty much. Particularly Secret Santa people and those Creuntus is fucking with.
What| Holiday times!
Where| The Tribute Training center
When| The whole week, but Creuntus' gifts arrive today.
Warnings/Notes| none atm. Please add any in thread headers. Also, for secret santa, if you are the giver start a thread with your giftee's name (unless you two have worked something else out between you). You can use the District threads below, or choose a different setting of your own.
Every floor public space is dripping with holiday decorations.
The decorations are themed, ridiculously so. Every surface is covered, and a table sits proudly full of holiday treats and spirits, kept stocked constantly by the avoxes. Cheerful music plays softly throughout the whole building, though luckily for everyone the Capitol doesn't really know what Christmas carols are.
Those with secret santa's have a cheery, passive-aggressive note reminding them not to disappoint anyone and ruin their holiday.
Those that have expressed a want for some object from home will find a box on their bed sometime during the day, with a merry holiday greeting from Cruentus. Inside they will find the object of their desire, or something similar, crafted from their words.
In blown glass. Pretty, decorative, utterly useless.
Bert's guns, Punchy's goggles, Sigma's music box, Maximus' leg, Mindy's knife, Terezi's dragon cane...on and on, as many gifts as Creuntus could find out. Those that were with them when they were pulled are more perfect replicas, those that they have just described obviously have an artistic touch to them.

Re: Open
It was utterly useless but wasn't it pretty?
"Donnie!" she squealed and spun on one foot dancing into his line of sight, twirling the mallet "Lookie what Santa brought me!"
Re: Open
He did mean it, somewhat sincerely. Mainly because, at the least, he realized Harley was getting enjoyment out of her present, even if he wasn't.
Re: Open
"Alot like the Capitol if you think about it." She giggled with a wink.

"...I prefer items with actual utility, myself."

She flopped onto the sofa and gently set the mallet down on the coffee table, "Of course...that's part of why you started to spiral. It was the only practical way of not giving up completely." She reasoned.
no subject
"...What? But...but I did give up..."
no subject
"Well you're still here aren't you? And you're not as looney tunes as you were right?" She offered.
"If you'd really given up you'd have offed yourself here in the Capitol. Then...as far as we know, all the kings horses and all the kings men couldn't put shell boy back together again."

She loomed closer with that adoring smile.
"So did ya try? Or did you just tell yourself it was pointless and keep going out of habit?"

"You're getting better...slowly but surely."
no subject
"Better? How is this better?"
no subject
A playful wink to show she was just teasing.
"You may not be able to see it but I can. You're my favorite little patient in this corner of the nuthouse."
Because there were just too many to choose from.

He wasn't sure whether to find it a compliment or...well, she being a bit insane herself, something else. No offense obviously intended, as it was clear he wasn't sure what to make of Harley's words.

"What sort of stuff did you do for Christmas back home? Anything?" Who knew if mutant turtles even celebrated Christmas? Still she loved asking people.
no subject
"Of course we did. We celebrated it like any family would."
no subject
"Got any family traditions that are unique? Maybe we could do something here to celebrate." She offered.

"So what if we found you some unfortunate orphans around here? Imagine their little faces if they got a visit from such a famous and well known tribute like you Donnieboy?" She was getting amped up from this idea. Of course it would be better if he could visit orphans from his own district but that wasn't really an option was it?

A beat.
"-I mean...that's crazy!!"
no subject
"I dunno, probably? I mean there's gotta be something to take care of kids who's parents vanish mysteriously into the night right? We oughta ask Eva!"
Then she grinned.
"I thought we covered this already. Crazy is good."
