He has to strain his hearing to catch what the other man says but he does manage, and at that he frowns. He has no friends here, or family, and the only person important to him has left him even before he arrived at the Capitol. Only death remains and he doesn't have even that, at least not in the Arena.

The man's next words, though, causes him to blink. "Other arrangements?"
