It wasn't too far off course, really. Katniss wasn't realy the type to explode, of course - but the capitol was quite invested in keeping her under control. Prim wasn't that interested in helping them, but her very existence couldn't help but make it happen. Her sister was almost entirely preoccupied with Prim, sometimes.

She looks surprised by his seeming outburst, blinking and stumbling half backward a bit. She searches for her voice and finds it after a moment, gathering herself up to respond calmly. "I'm Prim."
