Mickey picks up another knife, not bothering to spare a look at the person who just insulted him. He throws it at the same target, his aim is better but still it wouldn't do enough damage to kill. If anything it would slow down his enemy but give them a weapon, and that's exactly why he hates throwing knives. If a bullet just grazes your leg you can't throw it back and kill your attacker.
