Shion shook his head, "You can eat the flower, but the stem whilst not deadly can make you sick. If you've ever split open a dandelion it's the sap you can see that could make you ill." He blinked at her, "Apparently they taste nicer before the flower has bloomed though, but they are very nutritious so if you find them in the arena, they will be a good food source."
