"Okay. There are two ways to do each side. You can keep it in your hand the way it is, or you can switch it so the blade is on top, not the bottom. It's a personal choice," Cindy said, showing her hands in the positions needed. "I personally would switch to blade up for the sides, just because you'll have a better grip on it."
