It details trucks (like the one outside) being used to transfer subjects back and forth between the muttations lab and the lab here. There are several oddities on the subject list though, marked with a different color and code. These subjects were sent from the muttations lab, created there, and to be tested here after "Subject Revival" and death or even during revival for a select few others. There's scribbled notes around some of subjects listed.
