Far too forward; if their positions had been switched, Albert would have reeled at someone who's barely an acquaintance offering to see to his cybernetics, but in this case they have few options and Albert is better equipped than most to at least assess damage. He knows his own inside and out, at least, and those principals apply.
Not that he has anything with which to fix the damage to her arm, but it's worth an offer.
