Even if PG had asked him to leave it open, Albert would have still shut the door and thrown the nearest heavy object he could grab in front of it, in this case an appallingly ornate sideboard that the cyborg tips on its side to get in front of the door and block as much of it as possible. That should buy them a minute, at most.

Gun swung across his shoulder, Albert moves away to join Phil, walking backwards and keeping a watchful eye on the door until he actually reaches PG's side. The door starts thumping almost as soon as he turns to emergency exit lock, protective glass already shattered. Albert's mind runs through scenarios at lightning speed. They could be watching the exit this opens up, knowing the train better than any of the rebels, but it's unlikely considering the other insurgents attacking each part of the train, all intent on grabbing their targets and getting the hell out of dodge. There's still enough chaos that it's a relatively safe bet that they won't have anyone waiting specifically to shoot them in the head the second they poke it out of the train.

Relatively.

Without preamble, Albert reaches over the helps to slam the release from closed to open with little strain. His cybernetics may not be as strong as his originals, but they're at least as strong as peak human, and to use them for something the Capitol wouldn't approve of is definitely a perk.
