Truth be told Luna's standards for nice are pretty low, given the people she served at home, so she holds the baseline somewhere around "hasn't actively tried to harm me." But she does realize on some level that it's not high praise for sponsors when she tries to put her feelings to words, so for a moment she's stuck flailing about for something to say in their favor.
