"Alright." That's not the case, obviously, but Jason tends to make his bad moods clear through manners other than just answering direct questions. He hangs up his coat and goes to give her a kiss, wavering between that fear, that desire to unload at least some of it onto her (knowing, deep down, that to share fear is to double instead of halve the burden) and to try and ease her with gifts, to preemptively apologize.
