Arya doesn't want to admit how homesick she feels, and that seeing her family's symbol just reinforces to her that there isn't a home to go back to any more. She knows she should apologise for her reaction, but her pride won't let her do that either. Instead she goes and fetches the wolf back from where she'd thrown it, placing it on the table and poking at it to iron out a wrinkle. "You've made it very well," she says eventually.
