Meulin laughs at first, happy coincidence indeed, but the rest of his words settle the smile into something quieter. She supposed the arenas would have been hard on anyone, but there had been no dearth of people who had recognized her as someone else when she arrived. Perhaps it had been timing and not a lack of options. After all, Meulin hadn't arrived in time to meet her.
