She doesn't quite look at him as she pulls away, expecting to see some expression of disgust at a Districter having embraced him like that and knowing it would shatter what reassurance she's built up here. She sips at her tea, her shoulders sagging as the warmth of the liquid spreads through her and she relaxes a little at last.

"I'm sorry you had to see me like this," she says finally, quietly.
