Then there's individual strengths and skills and shit, and powers that tend to go with certain castes..." He frowns some here. It's not his favorite topic, but it's hardly a secret here in Panem, especially not when his ancestor is also a Victor. "But it's blood color that determines overall social status. If you have the right blood, you're basically entitled to rule over everyone lower on the hemospectrum, at least by societal standards."
