He doesn't linger on it, after all he knows that people die all the time, he's seen them die in front of him, he's killed people himself and his parents died on him so death isn't really something he lingers on.... Too much.

"Oh people still order it, they just go by the ingredients now. Apparently saying 'vodka orange' is more interesting than 'screwdriver' to some lonely lonely people." Tony looks almost like he's lamenting the fact that those hard earned names are barely used anymore.
